Group 1, 1 course Application of descriptive and inferential statistics to the behavioral sciences. Includes measures of central tendency, variability and correlation, estimation and tests of significance, including chi square, t-test and analysis of variance. Prerequisite: PSY 100. Required of Psychology majors as a prerequisite for PSY 215. Students who have received credit for MATH 240 may not take PSY 214 for credit. May not be taken pass/fail.
