Through various drawing mediums, this course addresses principles of design and composition, and builds skills in perception, visual thinking, problem solving, and creativity. Drawing from observation, conceptual research, and manipulation of visual elements are integrated into this course. This course is suitable for students with some experience and is a required course of the art major. Prerequisite: Any 100 level art course or permission of the instructor.
