The purpose of this course is to provide the student with an opportunity to become proficient in advanced emergency care including the utilization of an automated external defibrillator, Epipen, asthma inhaler, bag-valve mask for oxygen administration, and instruction in cardiopulmonary resuscitation for the professional rescuer.
