Co-requisite or pre-requisite is BIOL 121. An introduction to the fundamental techniques involved in plant classification, anatomy, morphology, physiology and environmental relationships are presented. This lab provides an introduction to the fundamental skills of the biology laboratory. Focus will be placed on microscopy, data collection and analysis, tissue indentificaiton and plant structure. Laboratory three hours. Lab and field trip fee.
