Prerequisite: BIOL 131 & BIOL 220. The study of important biological principles within the context of designing, implementing and evaluating research experiments. Particular attention is focused on safety issues during both planning and executing experimental studies. Laboratory three hours. Mandatory visits to a local 6-12th grade biology class three hours. Two semester sequence. Lab fee.
