Prerequisite: TEC - 402. This year-long course is specially designed to help tutors who are in their second year of participation in the America Reads tutoring program. It provides both detailed instruction on how an individual tutoring session should be structured and specific suggestions and strategies for each segment of the session. Most of the examples in the course are drawn from students' own tutoring experiences. Students enroll in this course for two consecutive semesters.
