Develops listening, persuasion, and assertiveness skills in all forms of management communications: writing, speeches and oral presentations, and face-to-face meetings. Specific applications include rapport, negotiation, consensus building, and conflict resolution. Methodology relies heavily on cases, experiential exercises and teamwork. MBA 610 is a prerequisite for MBA 616, 617, and 618.
