Prerequisite: Student must be enrolled in the Clinical Nurse Leader MSN degree program. This theory course focuses on the principles of epidemiology and evidenced-based practice in a variety of health care delivery models. Students as life long learners will analyze clinical decision making theories and forms of evidence-based practice. This course will introduce the student to nursing research literature and appropriate methods to disseminate evidenced-based knowledge.
