Emphasis on clinical oral pathology prepares the student to recognize and diagnose common oral mucosa and bony pathoses in the head and neck area. Emphasis is placed on infectious diseases, developmental conditions, benign and malignant neoplasms, autoimmune diseases,odontogenic tumors and cysts and genetic diseases which have oral and head and neck manifestations.
