A coeducational fitness course based on an aerobic exercise regimen for improvement of muscle tone, coordination, and cardiovascular conditioning. Instruction will provide safe and proper techniques of stretching and breathing and will include choreographed routines of dance, exercise, and step aerobics. Individual maximal and training heart rates will be determined and monitored to evaluate the student's performance and progress. Pass/fail only. Minimum enrollment. 0.25 units, Laboratory
