1120 Sight singing and ear training through an aural approach to music rudiments including recognition, reproduction, and dictation. Includes rhythms, pitches, melodies, interval, chords. Prepares the student for the writing courses and more advanced aural training. Prerequisite for MUS 1110: MUS 1080 or designated score on Music placement exam. Prerequisite for MUS 1120 is MUS 1110.
