3 Semester Hours Students will examine in-depth and refl ect on the administration skills and issues that they observe in their fi eldwork. Effective communication strategies for the management of staff, teachers, and parents will be discussed. Additionally, students will learn about state licensing, accreditation, health and safety issues, environmental space planning, budgetary concerns such as purchasing, confl ict resolution techniques, marketing and enrollment. Fieldwork is required.
