4 Semester Hours This course completes the undergraduate study of fi nancial accounting and reporting. An emphasis is placed on consolidated fi nancial statements. Additional topics covered include foreign currency transactions, translation of the fi nancial statements of foreign entities, governmental accounting for local and state governments, and accounting and reporting of private not-for-profi t organizations. Accounting majors only, except by permission of instructor. Prerequisites: ACCT 312 with a minimum grade of C (2.0) and 314.
