This is a senior-level course in which students are actively involved in a faculty-supervised and guided research project. In particular, the student will work to develop a proposal of the expected research goals and create a project timeline and budget. The student's faculty advisor and the computer science faculty must approve the plan. This is the first of a two-course sequence.
