3 Semester Hours This course examines business activity by multinational corporations in Third World countries. It focuses on conventional theory of multinational enterprises, fi nancing decisions, technology transfer, institutional arrangements, entry strategy and options, host country bargaining power, settlement of investment disputes, workplace protection and safety ethics, and case studies of Third World countries. Prerequisites: FNCE 325 and INBA 340.
