Audit and Other Assurance Services I provides a conceptual introduction to the nature and value of assurance services. The course examines the organization of the accounting profession, professional ethics, and legal responsibilities. The course also investigates generally accepted auditing standards, international auditing standards and the U.S. securities laws. PREREQUISITE(S): ACC 305.
