How is it like or unlike war, crime, or revolution? What factors- economic, political, religious, or ideological- feed terrorism? What methods- old and new-do or could terrorists employ? Could the ends of terrorists ever justify their means? How should nations generally, and the United States more specifically, respond to terrorism and its underlying causes?
