Topics include: Reliability and validity of tests, construction of psychological and educational measures, the use and misuse of standardized tests, strengths and weaknesses of commonly used tests, and the social, educational, and legal issues involved in testing and measurement. Prerequisite: Psychology 255 or permission of the instructor. Not offered 2008-2009.
