F. An introductory study of the basic principles, theories, and applications of technical production and design for theatre, television, and film. Includes lectures, lab demonstrations, and contextual readings, and seeks to introduce students to all aspects of the craft, including scenic, property, costume, make-up, sound and lighting production, while comparing the distinct visual media of theatre, television, and film.
