F and S. A further investigation of the visual and technical aspects of sculptural media and organization of space. This course will require the production of a portfolio of sculptural objects. Special attention will be given to the use of particular production methods, issues of presentation, and the relationship between concept and process. Critical theory specific to sculpture is addressed through readings, lectures, and class projects. Materials fee. Prerequisite: Art Studio 257.
