Unique Course Seeks to develop an understanding of service as a product or component of a product. The course provides students with the opportunity to gain an appreciation for the unique challenges inherent in marketing and managing services and service products. Topics include service design and delivery, service quality and standards, and the roles played by both service provider and customer, particularly in the hospitality and tourism industry.
