Unique Course This course includes a study of diodes, transistors and FETs as discrete components. Operating characteristics and bias techniques used for switching, amplifiers, oscillators and power supplies will be studied. Integration of discrete devices into integrated chips will also be studied. Laboratory assignments will be used to reinforce theory principles. PreRequisite: TECH-121 CoRequisite: TECH-226L 3 semester hours
