Unique Course The course will consider the Black Hills from prehistoric times to the present. Special emphasis will be placed on the interrelation between the unique Black Hills environment and the evolution of the economic, urban and rural bases of the Black Hills Society. Efforts will be made to focus on neglected areas of Black Hills history such as the 20th century and the role of minorities in the development of the area. 3 semester hours
