2 hours An introduction to Christian ministry as an extension of the ministry of Christ. Using scripture as a foundation, students reflect on the call and role of the minister and explore basic issues in spiritual formation. Students are exposed to the broad spectrum of professional roles in ministry, particularly church pastor, religion/theology teacher, and counselor/chaplain. Field education and personality/diagnostic testing are required. Prerequisite: RP 131.
