3 hours This course focuses on applying professional nursing principles in the promotion, maintenance, and restoration of health for infants, children, adolescents, and their families. Health issues and nursing concerns of these age groups will be studied with emphasis on developmental stages, family processes, health promotion practices, and social, cultural, and spiritual influences.
