Reviews evidence on the benefits of collaboration (e.g., better performance, greater diversity, higher morale). Topics may include: team building, conflict resolution, communication, emotional intelligence, understanding temperament and interaction styles. Includes participation in an adventure-based retreat activity. Fee: $225. (Offered every semester.) 3 credits.
