Students study single variable functions, limits and continuity, differentiation, applications of derivatives (approximations, curve plotting, related rates, optimization), antiderivatives, the definite integral and applications. The course includes one hour per week of laboratory work in addition to the three hours per week of lecture. (Offered every semester.) 3 credits.
