Prerequisite, junior standing for History majors and minors, or consent of instructor. This course introduces students to the philosophy of history and historical thought, historical methodology, and the craft of doing history. Majors apply historical methodology and theories of history to develop their senior thesis topic, while minors complete a capstone experience. (Offered spring semester.) 3 credits.
