Composing Culture engages students in ethnographic research methods that facilitate understanding people and situations different from their own and in writing for the community and the academy. Students will learn and implement ethnographic research methods valuable to the humanities and social sciences and will employ the core concepts and methods of field writing as the basis for reading assignments and writing projects.
