A study of the dynamics, cultural implications,diagnostic symptoms of abnormal behavior including neuroses,psychoses,personality disorders, psychosomatic reactions and other abnormal behavioral patterns. Textual and lecture attention will be given to the relationship of etiology and treatment from psycho-physiology and psycho- pharmacology perspectives. School of Behavioral Science majors may not take this course for credit toward their major. (Nursing Majors only. See Dean of Nursing.)
