Students will review their personal and professional development based upon their baccalaureate experiences experiences at California Baptist University. Students will evaluate their growth and development through the program, identify their relative strengths and areas for growth, and development a personal development plan. Students will demonstrate critical self-reflection and ability to make judicious, relevant and insightful applicants and professional judgement from their cumulative undergraduate experience.
