An opportunity to study abroad for a minimum of four weeks. This includes a complete immersion into Hispanic language and culture. Arrangements for academic credit, and faculty approval must be made prior to the international experience. Pass/no-credit grading. Maybe taken for no credit, or up to a total of six semester hours. The last course for completion of major or minor must be taken on campus. Recommended: SPAN 201 or its equivalent
