THEORY, 3 HOURS This course presents an introduction to human pathophysiology. Mechanisms causing alterations in cellular activity, maintenance of cellular tissue oxygenation, fluid and electrolyte balance, and neuroendocrine control of the body are included. Common pathophysiologic disorders are emphasized. This course is to be scheduled concurrently with UNRS 314. Prerequisites: BIOL 220, BIOL 250, BIOL 251, CHEM 111, CHEM 112, CHEM 114, UNRS 113, UNRS 220, UNRS 260, and junior standing; corequisite: UNRS 314
