Topics covered include accounting for partnerships, joint ventures, and corporations. Extensive coverage is given to business combinations and consolidations. Also covered are branch accounting, bankruptcy reporting, and accounting for estates and nonprofit organizations. Prerequisites: ACCT 225 and ACCT 226
