This course focuses on teaching junior and senior students an understanding of both behavioral therapy (BT) and cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT). While students study the theoretical framework of BT and CBT, they learn how to apply specific cognitive and behavioral skills in myriad settings including nursing, physical education, psychology, and education.
