This advanced-level studio course investigates the physical and aesthetic possiblities and limitations of contemporary mixed media materials. Projects encourage an inventive and experimental approach to a wide range of materials and techniques, followed by specialization in one or more specific mixed-media techniques. May be repeated for six units total. Meets six hours weekly. Prerequisites: ART 120, ART 130, and ART 146
