Anatomical relationships, mechanism of injury, illness/injury management, pharmacology, and current research will be introduced. Physician referral, the role of the athletic trainer, and medical terminology are discussed. (Fall) Prerequisites: ATR2500. Acceptance into the Athletic Training major.
