This is the first of two Unix/Linux courses intended to introduce business leaders to the productivity tools found in distributions of Unix/Linux. It will be necessary for the student to create a dual-boot system on their individual PC, from which all projects will be performed. This course will also teach the business leader how to use the Operating System so that he or she can understand how to best manage these resources in the daily business operations. A research paper is required.
