Prerequisites: MMW408 or MMW409 or by consent of Dept. Chair 5 semester credit hours Within the context of a programming workshop, students produce web-based projects addressing current leading-edge theories, technologies and approaches to Internet-based media. It offers advanced students the opportunity to explore advanced and experimental techniques in an environment that supports creative exploration. Students will discuss the underlying ethical and social issues at the forefront of this new medium. Course work includes independent and team-oriented projects, seminar discussion and a final culminating project.
