This course will introduce the student to effective team-building and group-facilitation techniques. Knowledge of challenge by choice principles, group sequencing, group psychological principles, and interpretation of group dynamics will allow students to effectively build teams and promote personal development. The student will gain skills for effective group facilitation on low and high ropes elements at a challenge course. Hardware and safety as well as rescue techniques will be explored. Additional course fee.
