An overview of the basic systems of ethics with a brief summary of each. Application and the consequences of each system of ethics are explored. Potential problems encountered by managers, accountants and other employees are examined. Students are encouraged to develop a consistent system of ethics to prepare them for coping with business circumstances. Passing this course with a C or higher demonstrates writing competency in the Business majors. (Prerequisites: passing score on the English Proficiency Exam; senior standing) (Also ACCT 4940W)
