A minimum of 8 research hours must be completed. This will involve actual time collecting data in a clinical pharmacology study either as part of an individual's own project or in collaboration with a mentor. As part of the requirements of this research, the investigator will have to either write an IND or a drug company research proposal as well as complete a written thesis and defend it publicly.
