This course focuses on health care clinical judgment and decision making with emphasis on diagnosis, treatment, and management of acute and chronic illnesses as a Family Nurse Practitioner in the adult population. The content also includes concepts of health maintenance, health promotion, disease prevention, and risk appraisal across the life span as it relates to the adult/geriatric patient for diverse clients.
