Scientific, clinical, and professional issues in audiology and speech-language pathology are examined using a variety of formats that include guest speakers in student development sessions, clinical rounds, and journal club. Development of oral presentation skills as well as analytical and clinical problem-solving skills is emphasized. The course meets weekly during regular sessions of the fall, winter, and spring quarters, but students register only in the fall. Repeatable course. P/N grading. FA [v-0-v]
