Readings are taken from continental philosophy, anthropology, linguistics, literary criticism, psychoanalytic theory, and gender and ethnic studies. The class is recommended for students who intend to take Feminist Theory in the spring semester. Open to W&L and W&P students only, others by permission of the department.
