Focus on such movements as Aestheticism, Symbolism, Decadence, Jugendstil, and Art Nouveau. Artists to be studied include Toulouse-Lautrec, Redon, Klimt, Schiele, Burne-Jones and Beardsley. Prerequisite: Consent of instructor or Art History 241 or 243. (Not offered 2008-09.) 1 unit.
