A laboratory-oriented course to give experience in physical chemistry measurements. Experiments on molecular spectroscopy, crystal structure, laser spectroscopy, macromolecules, and kinetics will be included. Each experiment is accompanied by lectures on theoretical aspects of the topic. One lecture, three hours laboratory. Prerequisite: CHEM 371. (2, lin) S 2010
