The course is an in-depth study of factors that affect Organizational behavior and attitude (motivational theories). The various key attitudes and behaviors that organizations are defined and research relating to them is discussed (e.g. job satisfaction, organizational commitment, job involvement, turnover, absenteeism, and organizational citizenship).
