ARCH 651 - Advanced Topics in Integrated Building Engineering Design

Institution:
Illinois Institute of Technology
Subject:
Description:
Class will address advanced energy conservation techniques in the building delivery process. Exceptional building energy performance requires more than simple dependence on the efficient performance of individual building components, such as mechanical equipment or window systems. In order to cost effectively reduce operating costs, increase comfort, boost indoor air quality and reduce environmental pollutant emission, a synergistic effect between all building systems must be accounted for in the design process. 3. 000 Credit Hours 3. 000 Lecture hours Levels: Graduate Doctoral, Graduate Business, Graduate Schedule Types: Lecture College of Architecture College Architecture Department
