The student will learn functional correlates of the fluctuating electrical field, which surrounds active muscle tissue. The first part of the course will cover the uses of EMG in motion analysis. Recognition and interpretation of qualitative differences in EMG due to pathological processes will be covered in the second part of the course. Prereqs.: HESC-411, HESC-410.
